Box on wheels is a small design project for an exhibition at Melkfabriek, 's Hertogenbosch.
Similar boxes were given to a group of artists with the instruction that they had to make 'something' of that box. That could be anything.

I decided to attach four small wheels on the underside of the box. This new addition to the box made it very mobile, but a bit odd at the same time. I based the wheels on shopping trollies that you see in the supermarket.

Exhibited on June 21, this work is the most recent I've made. It's a good representation of the minimal design values I'm after. Thereby it also shows a very symplistic and humorous approach on something as simple as a box, which is of important value to me.
